LTE-A as a mobile communications network, there will be a flood of M2M terminal along with a wide range of business needs to join link access mobile communication network, a collision is inevitable conflict between the businesses. This paper studies the scheduling process and LTE-A wireless link resource scheduling algorithm, aimed at resolving the conflict under the massive terminal scheduling M2M terminal business background, optimize power distribution, improve system throughput.This paper analyzes the network architecture and the LTE-A terminal M2M communications infrastructure in the district, then introducesthe current situation of things and M2M technology current application and future development, and based on the existing business groupings for different areas M2M applications business group. And then conduct business modeling based on different characteristics of different services, modeling, taking into account the frequency of occurrence and business traffic data and other variables. After the packet scheduling algorithm based on the classic combination of research and analysis, we propose an improved algorithm and improved uplink scheduling processes, and the establishments of an objective function by injection method, the formula given power allocation. Finally, build the system using MATLAB simulation environment, improved algorithms and processes for the proposed simulation.Figure28, Table4, reference65.
