Reference source is an important module of IC, which is widely applied to AD,DA, and dynamic storage.However, at a temperature and power voltage fluctuationsis large, the reference source may affect the accuracy and performance of the entirecircuit system. Since the need for external reference source bias is provided, whichincreases the complexity of the circuit to some extent, increase the chip area.This design has a high voltage withstand, self-bias voltage reference module.High-performance from post-amplifier bias and bias, which may be part of therail-to-rail output swing most significant broadening. Produce no change withtemperature and input voltage reference voltage source0.88V,0.8V,0.72V voltage.And also provides a non-zero temperature varies with temperature currents, whichuses positive and negative temperature coefficient of resistance and stabletemperature coefficient. Another change with temperature voltage reference1.19V.Contents of this paper include:1.Reference source with large swings current amplifier circuit2.All throughout Vref generating circuit is self-biased3.Single-ended pressure VPMOS used to improve the working range of theentire circuitFinally, Use Cadence SPECTRE to simulate the entire circuit. Modeling andsimulation results show that the circuit to achieve a good temperature characteristicsand high power supply rejection ratio, the temperature-55-125℃about180℃range,Considering the case of multi-process corner simulation.The reference voltagetemperature coefficient of approximately8.7ppm/℃, in lHz to1GHz frequencyrange of the power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) can reach60dB above. Referencesource voltage regulation down to0.0002percent, up to0.00165%. Finally, use theSHANGHUA0.5μmBCD Process model technology to multi-process cornersimulation, and according to the size of design rules to design the layout of themodule. Finally, the use of Cadence verification toolset Dracula conducted on the territory of DRC and LVS verification to prove the correctness of the circuit layout.Complete the overall design of the front-end back-end circuit design.
