As a way of mechanization and light-simplified cultivation, machine transplanting of rice is the irresistible trend of modernization and scale development in Jiangsu, which has the practical significance and necessity of research and application. At the same time, applying modern infonnation technology to machine transplanting of rice is the only way to improve yield, quality and benefit of rice. Using software engineering principles and methods, adopting the object-oriented visualization technology and modular design thought, combined the integrated use of ASP technology, B/S architecture, Access database, Adobe Dreamweaver CC and Visual Basic, Javascript, etc., the decision support system of precise and quantitative cultivation of machine transplanting of rice and the online expert system of precise and quantitative cultivation of machine transplanting of rice based on ASP and Access database were developed. It would be a high-quality information platform for rice production personnel learning, professional farmer training, agricultural technology and machinery personnel production guidance, expert online diagnose, and could provide the information service of precise and quantitative cultivation technology of machine transplanting of rice. It had good application value, important theoretical significance and practical value in promoting knowledge-based rice cultivation and information agriculture. The study provided mechanization and infonnatization service for Jiangsu rice project of the national grain bumper science and technology project, having forward looking and innovation.1. On the basis of learning the basic framework of agriculture expert system, the study put emphasis on the construction of knowledge base, database, model base, knowledge representation and inference engine design. The knowledge rules had the professional and authority which integrated new theory and new technology of rice precise and quantitative cultivation. Reasonable basic seedling, fertilization, irrigation models and parameters were the core content of implementing precise and quantitative cultivation technology of machine transplanting of rice and making precise and quantitative decision. Based on years of scientific theory research and productive practice, combining leaf age model, population quality and rice precise and quantitative cultivation technique system, by means of determining the thought and method of building model and understanding the reason of mathematical models and parameters, models of basic seedling calculation, reasonable fertilization, water-saving irrigation, diseases and pests control of machine transplanting of rice were built. Through practical test and calibration, it confirmed that the parameters were reasonable and reliable, the decision-making basis was enough.2. Based on the high yield, precise and quantitative cultivation technology of machine transplanting of rice, using Visual Basic and Access database technology, through the collection of data, model, knowledge, human-computer interaction components, by means of system analysis, procedure design, implementation and debugging, the study had developed the decision support system of precise and quantitative cultivation of machine transplanting of rice. The system had the characteristic of usability, dependability and ease of use, and could realize basic data query, assistant decision support, key technique guidance service, machine user’s guide and expert knowledge acquisition, which could well reflect the research result of precise and quantitative cultivation technology in the field of machine transplanting of rice and become a high-quality platform for farmers, agricultural technology and machinery personnel studying and decision support. The system had obtained the copyright in computer software (2012SR106099) registered by the State Copyright Administration.3. Based on the rice high-yield technology engineering network of Jiangsu (http://www.jsrice.net) which had run10years, applying ASP and Access database technology, using ADO to access the database, and Adobe Dreamweaver CC to design web framework, the research adopted B/S three layer distributed computing architecture, used Javascript scripting language to accomplish parameters processing and CSS to realize style design, built knowledge representation, inference engine, and developed the knowledgeble and simple online expert system of precise and quantitative cultivation of machine transplanting of rice. Meanwhile, the system also explored an IOT diagnose expert system for early warning of machine transplanting of rice, through the meteorology and soil water data from the sensors distributed in. the field, and combining with the soil fertility and seedling status, agricultural expert could achieve the remote diagnose of weather, fertilization and irrigation in the background, which had made a breakthrough in the research of informatization in machine transplanting of rice. The online expert system could realize rice cultivation management decision and diagnose, provide abundant expert knowledge, zero distance to provide technique guidance to rice production personnel, which had great siginificance and high application value in expanding popularization and information platform of new technology of rice, promoting the synergetic development of agricultural machinery and agronomy integration, mechanization and informatization in rice production.
