Today, all levels of education,are both pursuing the continuous improvement of teaching methods and the high-quality of teching content. But so far, the information technology of all aspects of the teaching process is still split in information technology teaching building,then the information teaching system isn’t complete. Currently, colleges and vocational colleges has been fully equipped with multimedia classrooms, and on the excellent course, also set up a network school. However, multimedia classrooms play coursewarebasicallyused in the teaching process, lack of the support in practice teaching; Network is mainly used for the courses which the curriculum resources require the disclosure, such as showing excellent course, due to limited resources, a little initiative of teachers using, coupled withcan’t complete the practical class teaching, So not manyteachersare willing to develop the school networks for teaching.In this paper which combined with teaching practice, basing on school-enterprise cooperation projects full information teaching system, a system able to integrate the teaching of all teaching resources, focuses on the realization of the Android platform client. According to the characteristics of the Android platform, based on the existing functional modules of windows platform, have developed a distinctive Android client. Under the premise of ensuring robust and stable functions, developed independently of each module to minimize coupling between modules,then build flexible and convenient UI interface on the basis of the implementation of each module and optimize the interface design and interaction later. The topics in the Android system, c#language and Java language mixed in development, and asynchronous communicate with the Window operating system. Comparative studies show that due to the small volume of Android devices, portable, and inexpensive, easy to use, full information teaching system client on the Android system will be more widely used.
