The Design Of Mobile Phone LCD Noise Automatic Measuring System

With the rapid development of the mobile phone industry, the screen is becoming larger than before. So many design issues are come from mobile phone screen.The LCD Noise issues appear in R&D process with a high frequency in recent years. Designer usually needs to get the noise distribution and loudness values for LCD Noise for solving this issue. In order to quickly find the reason and solve effectively, we need an automatic test system for LCD Noise.Because the LCD Noise issue has being emerged in recent year’s.The test system for LCD Noise is always in the process of improving. The existing testing system still have the problem in automation and stability.In order to improve this issue, the authors developed an automatic LCD Noise test system for reascher this issue.This paper is the analysis and summary on the development of key technologies in this process.It mainly introduces the development of the test jig design, as well as to the audio analyse part design and the application of the measuring system.The paper mainly expounds the principles and ideas in the design process and the application of the A-Weighting filter and Band pass filter.
