Electronic signature plays an important role in the traditional document. As thedeeper development of information technology in OA systems, the electronic version ofsignature operation is the trend of the times, electronic signature must maintain all thepeculiar properties that traditional seal had. To guarantee the integrity of the electronicdocument, the authority, and the non-repudiation of the seal has become an urgent needto be solved.This paper is based on the support issue of national science,design and implementan Electronic Signature System. We put forward a system applied to applications andOA system which is based on PKI and combining with identity authentication usingJ2EE architecture that is of B/S model and of hierarchical management. Generally, themanagement structure of current units is of subordinate management manage a numberof relatively independent units in the system, however, seals are centralized control,unified management of seal server mode can’t meet the demand of current seal. Thepaper brings up an electronic signature system of hierarchical management mode, that is,the seals of non-top seal server are managed and chaptered by superior server, while thetop server only manage the ordinary users of the server and lower server. This paper notonly implements an electronic seal system what realize the traditional seal characters,but also realizes the hierarchical management of seal server. This implementation takesadvantage over the former way in which we centralized control and unified managementseals to lighten the burden of part management servers, improves the efficiency ofissuing seals, further it ensures the effectiveness of managing seals. The softwareimplementation of our system adopts J2EE architecture to ensure the easy extension incross-platform and the high efficiency of the development. And in the system domesticcryptographic algorithm is proposed and it keeps the alternative interface with strongcompatibility.
