As a reliable safeguard, the usage of the payment cryptogram remedies theshortage of the stamp, enhances the security of settlement and payment businessgreatly, weaken and controls the risk of settlement and payment, ensures the financialsafety of banks and depositors. However, because of the unreasonable device cost, thelack of support policy and also inconvenient to carry, usage of payment cryptogramdevice is not widespread. To solve the problems described above, this paper firstlycomes up with a hybrid signature encryption scheme which is used to get paymentcryptogram, and analyzes security of the scheme. Then, according to the hybridsignature encryption scheme, this paper proposes a payment cryptogram service basedon dynamic password and cloud computing. This service is used to certificate theidentification of users by using dynamic password and payment cryptogram. Apayment service centre which integrates amount of payment cryptogram chip is thecore content of this service. The mission of this centre is providing reliable service ofpayment cryptogram computing and verifying. At the same time, proposes aimprovement aimed to prevent from attacking and falsifying that might occur in thepayment cryptogram service based on dynamic password and cloud computing. Thisimprovement comes up with a concept of bank bill cryptogram sheet, which is used toprevent messages transmitting in channel from attacking and falsifying. There is noworry about the risk of using the intercepted information to falsify bank bills, evenwhen bank bills’information and payment cryptogram are captured illegally.
