At the same time, a variety of management problems appeared duringthe procession of the operation monitoring in postal system, In order to discover andeliminate the hidden trouble existing in the operation system, to meet the needs of Hunanvarious postal system interconnection data timely and accurately, The Hunan postalcompany puts forward new requirements to the adaptability of supervision system. Thispaper analyzed and designed the postal information supervision system to improve theexisting ones.Firstly,this thesis expounded the importance of postal information monitoring systemand described each module function of the postal information system. Secodly, on the basisof the current situation of the analysis and design of the postal information monitoringsystem, The Hunan postal company established the system’s main function anddevelopment direction in the future--Checking the legality of the operator’s inputting data,standardizing business operations and business management. Thus some bad phenomenacan be improved,such as the unability of correcting the errors,difficulty of findingloopholes in the business management and the delay of dealing with the problem.Furthermore, the thesis discussed in detail the network structure, function andoperation mode of postal information supervision system, supplying the architecture of B/Sadopted by system management and other operation, and the various warning events areanalyzed in detail. In terms of security, a lot of efficient measures are employed: securityaudit, backup,identity verification and encryption of data.The core of the whole system consists of subsystem management,warningaudit,daily monitoring,statistical management,information release, interface management,which are a series of services, receiving data processing requirements, storing in thedatabase after a series of processing and returning to the interface. Test results of thesystem function and performance showed that all of the subsystems have implementednormally,which has a positive effect on the development of Hunan postal service.Of the whole study, This paper mainly introduces responsible for requirement analysis,the analysis and design of warning audit information monitoring system,improving the function of audit and monitoring the matter in advance.
