Construction Of OA System Of A Bank Based On SSH Structure

With the fiercer competition in banking and development of science andtechnology, the standard of the banking industry management and office efficiencyrequirements are getting higher and higher. The office automation system (OAsystem) is a typical application which will help the enterprises to improvemanagement efficiency in business model.The reason is that the office automationcan greatly improve efficiency and it has the ability to transmist the documentinformation in a faster and presicer way, it is the most suitable management tool forenterprise to use. In recent years, with the branch expansion and the rapiddevelopment of integrated service in the bank, the more asking of the managementand work efficiency are, so the internal implementation of the office automationsystem widely used in the bank is very necessary.The office automation system of the bank in this paper is based on theSSH (Struts, Hibernate, Spring) architecture, with the help of the most popularstructure J2EE+MySQL,MySQL and java to develop this system, this OA systemis improved in many way,such as safety, the expansion, efficiency. These systemsuse MyEclipse as development tool, tomcat as the server, java language as develop kitto solve related problems. Platform of this system has good independence andsecurity, the apply of MVC allow totally separation of data, view and logiccontrol, which makes the system has expansibility and easy to maintaince.The use ofAjax technology realize the real-time response which can improve the userexperience.Office automation system offers more convenient, fast service than thetraditional management system, users don’t have to care about the internal structure ofthe system and can operate the whole system easily.Firstly, this paper analyzed the purpose and significance of the use of OAbanking system and conducted a review of current research of OA system bothinternal and external, at the same time, this paper also analyzed the theory of Structs,Hibernate, Spring framework which used to design the OA system, t hen followed bythe design of overall OA system framework of the bank, and based on therequirements to design module and complete OA system database, after thecompletion of detailed design and implementation of document management,workflow management,rights management,organizational management of the fourmodules of OA system of the bank, to ensure the robustness of the OA system, wetested the whole OA system.
