Application for mobile administration focused on managing their state regulatorsto various applications on the phone; From the daily SMS&phone management toInternet traffic so much that, other user’s interests by Internet regular services, it canbe said that as long as the underlying demands related to a variety of users to usemobile phone, are the objects for applications for smart phone. This article isdesigned to study of interaction and designing aimed at this application platformdevelopment.Customer Perceived Value, the customer can perceive their interests when thecost to be weighed against the overall effectiveness of the product or serviceevaluation in obtaining products or services. Customer perceiv ed value reflects asubjective perception of customer while enterprises providing a product or servicevalue, which different from the objective value of products and services.In this paper, by the use of customer perceive value theory and marketing4Csmodel, we studied the costs to the specific target users and the influence to thecustomer perceived value that application for mobile may result in, and convenienceand communication research. In consideration of the research of costs, we conducteda thorough analysis of the cost of the machine itself the functional, cognitive andlearning costs of users and time costs,mitigate their negative impact by the proposedfigure shows the interaction and simple process and wait for the process through arich visual experience to improve the users’ costs perception. In the convenience level,by analysis of the current situation of competing products and unresolved points bytechnologies today, proposed an answer that by using application for mobileadministration platform,which allow the user to choose the desired auxiliaryfunction, as well as the consistency of the guide page, and universal design; in thestudy of communication level, the primary use of the basic principles of interactiondesign, explored several aspects such as the interface guides, the user motivate andthe custom setting library. Finally, based on the users’ costs perception, use the resultof the study to the practices especially the module of the present state, waiting for along time, and multi-module’s interaction.The main research results and innovations paper is to propose an application formobile administration based on how giving users the perception level of value, approach to enhance the satisfaction of value,comprehensive analyzed application formobile administration in terms of interaction design points,and Proposed the3elements of interaction application designed for mobile administration: a cleardescription of visual information, user attention dispersed and guida nce whilewaiting, custom setting and emotional stimulation,and built the interaction modelsfor different users,and so on. Finally,applied design practice in the designing ofBaidu Mobile Guards, providing suggestions for the designing of application forsmart phone administration,which should always be closed behind the developmentof mobile Internet.
