Prescription engineering is one of the hot technical methodologies in the field of process industry and it is mainly used in the bath control process in order to shorten the product development cycle. Currently, the prescription engineering has become a new crossing research direction in control of science, system science and computer applied science. Accordingly, the prescription engineering applications has increasingly gained attention from researchers in the process industry.In the fields of engineering and economic management and so on, a sort of problems that we often encountered are to seek for making one or more indexes to achieve maximum (or minimum) under series of subjective and objective conditions. Nowadays, because of the advantages of decision-making to be scientific and quantitative, the implementation of prescription modeling to decide problems is undoubtedly in line with the need of the development trend of the times and form. But how to solve the problem of systematic control process and production of systematic management is one of technical difficulties of the shortest path planning system.Aiming to the above problems, this thesis studies the implementation of prescription modeling researches with the shortest path planning, presents a modeling method based on the implementation of control recipe:1) The shortest path planning theories of global system and visualization experiments and genetic factor algorithms are introduced.2) An in-depth analysis is carried out for the implementation of prescription modeling of process system. Aiming at the whole course of physical visualization trials of the shortest path planning, this thesis gives the implement of prescription modeling analysis, and integrates into the principles and methods of the implementation of the prescription to analysis implementation of the prescription process system modeling. 3) The prescription modeling method is used to formalize and visualize the total process system and a unified and complete reference model is established. By using the modeling approaches of implementation prescription, the optimization model of the decision problem can be established. Afterwards, the optimization methods and tools to solve the model can be selected. Accordingly, problems produced through relying on the past experience judgment and many subjective factors can be avoided and much money and manpower needed by a large number of trails and repeated comparisons can be reduced.4) The modeling study is conducted by combing the path optimization problem of distribution logistics system. The results show that the model can well meet the needs of the process system model optimization and the agility and adaptability of the system are improved. Strong support is provided for the feasibility, effectiveness and practicality of the control recipe modeling theory.
