Electric boiler becomes the ideal heating equipment because of safety, convenience,energy-saving, high thermal efficiency and so on. It is an important measure that improves thesafety and economy of the boiler to control its temperature effectively. Temperature controlsystem is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model on account of multiple variables,strong coupling, nonlinear, time-varying and so on. The traditional decoupling control methodshave become increasingly unable to meet the control requirements of system because thecontrol precision is low and control effect is not ideal. So, it is significant to improve andenhance a safe and stable operation of the electric boiler that designs a reasonable, efficientand reliable temperature control systemIt takes the TkJ-2experiment boiler as control object in this paper, to study on thecharacteristics of the model and analyze the coupling characteristic between inner and outergall temperature. It gains the control output of system by adopting double loop temperaturedecoupling control strategy. Because the experimental condition is limited and the number ofsamples of experiment is too small, it exists a large deviation between the achievingexperimental boiler model and the fact. Therefore, it is an effective way to solve the aboveproblems through establishing a fuzzy decoupling control system with not taking model as thereference. A reasonable fuzzy decoupling control system is designed in order to eliminate thecoupling among multi-variables and improve the performance of system in this paper. Theeffect of decoupling control of system designed is compared and analyzed through simulationand study.The simulation results show that the fuzzy decoupling control method does not rely onthe accurate mathematical model of the object, which can make the strong coupling andnonlinear problems are controlled effectively, and the design idea is simple, which can makethe dynamic and static performance of system are improved, with better adaptability androbustness, which applies to similar industrial control occasions, and has a certain theoreticalresearch and achieve significance.
