Inland river transportation is an important part of transportation industry, the operationalefficiency directly affects the development of the transportation industry. Inland rivertransportation has two characteristics, one is the wide range and the other one is the largetransportation volume.With the increasing number of cross-domainon ship of inland rivertransportation, the pressure of inland river transportation is gradually increase.The artificiallockage registration methods not only affects the inland river transportation operationalefficiency, but also likely to cause security problems of identity authentication in theregistration process.In order to guarantee the security and fast of the inland river transportationcross-domainon ship identity authentication, this paper analyzes the demand of the safety andeffectiveness of inland river transportation in the current situation. Combined with thedomestic and international development of the identity authentication technology, the researchcontent and the goal of the system design are determined. Identity authentication isthe process that confirm whether a visitor identity is valid, and is the most safety mechanismof information security, which can effectively solve the security problem during the processof information interaction. Through the introduction and application of the internet of thingstechnology,RFID technology,encryption technology,PKI technology,identity authenticationand single sign on technology,analysis application conditions of identity authentication modeand single sign on access mechanism, this paper designs a kind of the cross-domainon shipelectronic identity authentication system, and to research its safety and effectiveness.Through design and analysis the composition, structure, working principle and workflowof the cross-domainon ship electronic identity authentication system, finally the paper uses themixed authentication mode and RSA asymmetric encryption algorithm to achieve the processof the cross-domainon ship electronic identity authentication. Through the simulationexperiment, the system security and effectiveness in this paper is analyzed. The systemeffectively protects the identity information safety of cross-domainon lockage ship, at thesame time meets the requirements on the timeliness of the certification process.
