With the development of wireless music market, digital music has become even morepopular. Telecommunications operators providing services from traditional ringback tone toonline music, music downloads and other combined forms of ways. Development andpromotion of business users on the amount of the settlement put forward higher requirements,therefore, it needs to build efficient and flexible copyright settlement system to meet theirown characteristics, and to improve the system’s ability to support services, and to improvemanagement quality of service, strengthen the flexibility of the system, improve marketcompetitiveness, improve the competitiveness of telecom operators.Because of the rapid growth of digital music, disk space, hardware resources and thetime spended caused a great burden. Existing technical architecture has been difficult tofundamentally solve the above problem, or need to pay a high cost price, but Hadoopdistributed development for these problems provides the technical means to solve. Hadoopless demanding on the hardware configuration, and with high scalability and fault tolerance,and the implementation of low-cost advantage. Thus, the system selects the Hadoopecosystem and related tools to build technology infrastructure to Hadoop and Hive based, andappropriate modification, and expansion as needed to make it more in linetelecommunications business scenarios. The system includes an auxiliary subsystem, coresubsystems and job management subsystem. Auxiliary subsystem is responsible for theinterface of the system, including collecting data file from the services platform and releasingsettlement reports. Core subsystem is responsible for analyzing, collecting statistics andclearing. Job management subsystem is responsible for generating jobs, run the job, and thejob will be executed audits verify the results to ensure the accuracy of processing.This paper introduces the business characteristics and development background ofimusic settlement, and uses the method of requirement project to require and analysis the needof the settlement system, and builds the general structure and database model, anddecomposes the system into various components module, at last designs and implements themodule. This papers successfully introduced Hadoop to imusic Settlement System, and meetthe requirements of the system operational efficiency and business development. The paperalso rule-based operations management design thinking, and designs and implements theoperating rules engine module, thereby increasing the flexibility and support for newbusiness.
