With the economic development and the social production technology rapid progress, data-intensive enterprise process production data requires a lot of computation time. Making in the management of data processing to be more widely used. Inspired by Agile manufacturing technology, which commonly used in the manufacturing sector. Data processing has also entered into the distributed data management phase.A Petri net-based data batch processing system was presented, which allows people to design business processes by themselves, and processing power has high efficiency. The system is not only based on software production platform, but an extension of software production platform. Also, its design is based on J2EE technology, extend the SOA software architecture. This system has significantly interactivity, portability and security.First of all, a graphical presentation of the database was devised that can use a simple graphical representation of relational database tables operating relation. The batch processing model can be created on the software production platform with the aid of modeling language by the batch processing system. The layout of batch processing could be solved by the data model.Secondly, the principle of DPN has be introduced, and based on this, DPN model specification is designed. The interference relationship of batch processing model could be established by using the new model, dividing the work of sub-regional, the implementation of sub-division for the system to prepare for concurrent execution threads.Finally, a mathematical model based on Petri net data batch processing system was devised; also it introduces the system framework and the design of each part. Each module has be given the UML class diagrams, detailed description of the interface and class structure.
