With the development of the industrial automation, the modern industrial systemexpands, and the coordination between various parts of the system becomes more andmore complicated. The failure in one part of the system may disable the whole system,thus causing huge loss. Therefore, for the large-scale complicated industrial system,people expects to obtain the real-time working condition data of the equipment andthrough which predicate faults that may occur in the system so as to improve thestability and reliability of the system. Therefore a monitoring system should bedeveloped to monitor the real-time working condition data of the equipment.A working condition data simulation generation system (hereafter referred assimulation system) should be developed to test the data-receiving capacity of themonitoring system and generate large quantity of working condition data and then sendthese data to the monitoring system.The essay first summarizes the equipment working condition monitoring and faultdiagnosis techniques, briefly introduces the relevant technologies applied in the systemand emphasizes the key problems of the simulation system, analyzes the key problemsof the working condition simulation generation system for testing the monitoring systemperformance, and puts forward an effective solution according to the existing researchachievements home and abroad.The essay then conducts detailed demand analysis and design on the simulationsystem, and introduces the whole process.Finally, the essay predicates the practical value and development prospect of theworking condition simulation generation system.The essay features as follows:1) Put forward a standard working condition simulation generation system, anddevelop the system with Java. The system can generate various working condition dataof equipment and can be applied to the performance test for various state monitoringsystems.2) Put forward the concept of time stamp to realize the timeliness of the workingcondition simulation data generation.3) Put forward the working condition data pattern, working condition noise pattern, working condition decaying pattern and working condition relation pattern to realizevalidity of the simulation data generation.4) Put forward a storage and display scheme with multi-layer BOM structure withrecursion and Java.Swing and carry out the scheme.
