The Research Of Working Condition Analysis Technology Based On Data Mining

Large quantities of operation data of Steam Turbine in Power station are stored in SIS Real-time/Historian Database.It's important to find the rule hidding in the data for the optimized operation.Therefore,the Association Rule methods are mainly applied in this paper to mine and analyze the rules of the economical working condition.The first part of the paper proposes a method of association rule-based condition analysis,and provides the realization of the improved steady state judgment and condition division method,discretization of numeric attribute,association rule algorithm and rule analysis.The second and the third parts develop the software on the basis of the theory mentioned above,and take a 600MW generating unit as the research subject.The process of analyzing the condition with the Association Rule and the results are described in detail in these parts.The experiment result indicates the applied value in the aspect of the rule analysis of economical unit operation and the further optimized operation.
