A large number of tests have been done for the development and finalizing of newequipment. The former test information has very important value for the latterequipments in inheritance and reference. Equipment test information includes a largenumber of graphics, images, video, documents, models and other data. How to organizeand manage the information efficiently and safely is an important content in the field ofGraphics and Image Processing and Information System Integration. However, thetraditional storage mode with paper documents and disks is far from satisfying involume capacity, preservation time, searching efficiency and access speed. Therefore acomprehensive information system for equipment testing is urgently needed to managethe test documents, data and models etc efficiently.The paper focuses on the system architecture, dynamic database, security accesscontrol, system design and implementation. Main contents and accomplishments of thisthesis are as follows:(1)The architecture of ETIS(Equipment Test Information System) was built basedon J2EE. First, the system function framework, basic business support library andCORBA interface operations were founded. Then, the software and hardwarearchitecture and operation procedure were designed. Finally, an integrated organizationmode for dynamic and static data, and a duple access control strategy for high levelsecurity were established.(2)A method for dynamic database design and management based on parameterdictionary was proposed by which the dynamic properties of the equipment test datawere organized and saved. First, a database design and management mode withparameter dictionary was given. Then, the entity data was separated from structure databy establishing parameter dictionary data sheet, the test data was constrained by theattributes of parameter dictionary. After that, the update method of parameter dictionaryand the access method of entity data were brought forward in order to maintain thedynamic database. Finally, several experiments were conducted and the result provedthat the method could meet the flexibility and constraint demand of equipment test data.(3)An algorithm of access security control based on watermark image code wasproposed for the high level security and traceability of ETIS. First, the watermark imageand image code were generated, which would be mixed to create the watermark imagecode. Then, an access security control strategy was raised based on watermark imagecode, by which identification was realized using watermark image code of login user.Finally, the theory analysis and simulation experiments were conducted. Theexperiments result proved that the algorithm could enhance the system security and solve the traceability and identifiability problems with watermark image codeefficiently.(4)The ETIS was designed and implemented. First, the main function modules,dynamic database and encoding scheme of waterprint image were designed. Then, thefunctions of system terminals, dynamic database management, access security controland CORBA interface were implemented. The system was deployed in a naive shootingrange for equipments testing, several equipments like XX10, XX12, had beensuccessfully tested with the system. The application results verified that the systemcould satisfy the data, function and security demands commendably.
