As the technology of wireless communication developes quickly, more andmore users’ devices have been involved into the networks, which challenges thestrategy of taking the frequency spectrum resource. The emerging of the CognitiveRadio (CR) makes it easier to solve the problem. By doing research of some keytechnologies of the CR, such as frequency spectrum sensing, frequency spectrumallocating, power control and so on, science researchers and scholars find it iseffective in not only increasing capacity of the system but also making thefrequency spectrum resources more available.We mainly focus on the power control technology in the CR system in thispaper. By the theory of game, we hope to guarantee the users’SINR while makethe transmitting power stay in a low level. As the users in CR are gaming witheach other, it is proper for us to take advantage of the game theory to analyse thepower control problem. According to different game models, we present thesimulation results. The following is what we do in this paper:Firstly, we do some researchs on the CR. Then we explain the concept,model, characteristicand development of the CR in the paper. We also discussabout four key technologies in the CR. On the problem of the power control, wedivide it into three parts and make researchs on each of them.Secondly, after elaborating the concept and development of the game theory,we explore Nash Equilibrium and its provement of beingness and uniqueness. Wealso divide the algorithm of the power control based on the game theory into totwo parts which are algorithm of the power control based on non-cooperativegame theory and algorithm of the power control based on non-cooperative gametheory with the SINR pricing function. Then, two models of the algorithm withSINR pricing function are present.Finally, we proposed a new algorithm with SINR pricing function and theNE’s beingness and uniqueness has been proved. We also compare the newalgorithm with classic ones. Simulation and analysis are gived in this chapter. Bysome mathmetic design the new algorithm will make the system fairer withoutsacrificing the algorithm complexity andusers’SINR.
