In the process of complex system control, there exists uncertainty and possibilityof failure caused by measure elements, actuator elements and other elements in system,so the need of safety, stability and effectiveness is paid more attention. However, actualcomplex system has strong nonlinear characteristics, and the controlled object hascharacteristics of uncertainty and time-delay, which bring challenges to the systemcontrol. Therefore, guaranteed performance control of nonlinear system and robustcontrol of fault diagnosis are paid more and more attention, which has been one ofimportant research topic in the field of control theory. This paper designs a guaranteedperformance controller for time-delay systems with uncertainty based on dynamicoutput feedback, and has research on time-delay system with time-varying parameters.This paper is composed by following aspects:This paper has further study on nonlinear time-delay system, T-S model,guaranteed performance control fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control, and hasanalysis in research significance and research status. At the same time, this paperintroduces linear matrix inequality (LMI) which is an important mathematical tool.T-S fuzzy model based on state feedback guaranteed cost controller is in the stateof the system cannot be measured or without definite physical meaning problems suchas difficult to achieve, a dynamic output feedback method, combining with robustcontrol and fuzzy control, the design of guaranteed cost controller for time-delayuncertain system, implement the system under the condition of state variable ismeasured using the output feedback controller for work control effect, at the same time,the theoretical derivation and simulation verification to prove the validity of the design.Based on uncertainty existing in the industrial control system, the fault oftime-varying and time-delay system are analyzed, for linear time-delay systems withvariable parameters, the estimator designed two kinds of fault diagnosis andfault-tolerant control DOF controller, using two kinds of scheme for fault diagnosis andfault-tolerant control, finally realizes the accurate estimate of the system failure, and tostabilize the unstable system.In stability, estimation error, and overshoot volume at thesame time, the robust controller design conservatism of two kinds of schemes arecompared, both theoretical derivation and simulation prove the validity of the design.
