But with the increasing popularity of the car, increasing terrorist activities around the world, all kinds of car bomb attacks happen frequently, with the automobile chassis to carry bombs or dangerous goods were constantly warming trend. order to ensure that people’s life and property safety and social stability, the necessity of vehicle chassis Detection is becoming more and more obvious. In China, the detection technology is not very perfect, the existing artificial detection and two-dimensional exist a lot of disadvantages. Therefore, the3D reconstruction technology research about vehicle chassis Detection is of crucial importance. The camera calibration and3D reconstruction technology research as an important part in the process of3D reconstruction, it is necessary to conduct a special in-depth study.This topic based on automobile chassis testing may encounter in the process of related problems, combined with the recent development on the detection of the vehicle chassis, with the related knowledge of camera calibration and3D reconstruction technology to conduct a special in-depth study about camera calibration and3D reconstruction technology of the vehicle chassis. Is proposed in this paper by using two images on the horizontal projection extremum points, and as a reference point number into the same image sub-block, finally realizes the image correction by interpolation method.First of all, about camera calibration, combined with the automobile chassis specific environment, realized by using double CCD image acquisition, using the linear CCD camera’s unique constraint conditions and the characteristics of concentric circles, by linear array camera parameter model, it is decomposed into two groups, depending on the plane and image mapping using the calibration line image measurements, calculate the camera parameters, and calculate the corresponding rotation matrix and translation matrix.Second, this topic researched the problem about images of tensile and compression existing in the online CCD image acquisition process. Tested by100pictures on different models of vehicle chassis, and achieved good correction.Finally, the3D reconstruction in Vehicle chassis detection module is studied, using Canny operator for edge detection, image edge extraction of the automobile chassis. Introduce feature matching constraints, completed the feature matching. Finally, in order to describe the Vehicle chassis image, so it is prone to the recovery of sparse point cloud and dense point cloud. This topic made a3D reconstruction images on collected images of Vehicle chassis image, and the result has been given.
