With the popularization of computer and develop of technology, the Internet technologyand security of personal information had been used widely and developed in our country, theInternet provide a variety of convenience and great benefits. About the security and lose of alarge amount of information, It is very important for recovery and security of the information.In recent years, Compress Sensing (CS) is appeared in a variety application of real life,which is mainly used in a sparse signal or sampling signal, making signal reconstruction witha more global linear measurement scheme. CS has shown more and more importance in theapplications like MRI, astronomy and linear coding. At the same time, Cryptography as abasic technology is the cornerstone of all communication security, it is also the basis ofsecurity of information security. It is used by a variety of Encryption Algorithms, with lesscost to provide very strong security protection.From the basic theories of Compressed Sensing, it describes the principles andframework of CS and its three major components-sparse representation of signal,measurement matrix design and recovery algorithm. A simple one-dimensional signal issimulated by OMP algorithm, it proves applications of Compressed Sensing in the codec.Moreover, it describes the block cipher algorithms, focusing on the principles and guidelinesof this. Finally we discuss the design of MOMPDES algorithm, the whole process, encryptionand decryption algorithms. It introduces the security of MOMPDES briefly and is simulatedby the experiment, the results prove the recovery error is very small after decryption, and wecan get a complete plaintext.
