Credits is a kind of reward for customer after consumption provided by themerchants, and the credits mall is a kind of network mall, which using theelectronic payment mode based on internet environment. With the popularization of creditsmall, there are not only in the traditional way of the consumption of credits, but also beingdeveloped a business model combining of entertainment, living, shopping, consumption,reflecting the customer care.Credits of traditional mainstream is often used in exchange something in low value as away of promotion, but this way of driving customer to consume the integration, unableto attract customers. In order to change this situation, the credits exchange pattern emergingstarted to be widely used. But the credits management platform can not comply with therequirement of growing capacity, in urgent need of upgrading.This paper analyzes the challenge of China Telecommunications traditional creditsplatform challenge, the main characteristics of intelligent data of credits platform are:the huge data capacity and the data complexity. Pointed out the advantage of a solution incloud-computing, and presented a data mining method of customer preferences in thecredits platform based on frequent itemsets mining algorithm.This paper presented a design of service component of the credits platform, using theMap/Reduce and HDFS component based on Hadoop cloud-computing cluster, with thevirtualized servers, the homegrown service controller and instance components, the uniformstorage components.This paper also completed the credits platform specific build plan, including: datasecurity of cloud platform, customer security of cloud platform, network security of cloudplatform, physics security of cloud platform, made a solution of integral withdrawalsystem interoperability.This solution shall be expected for the enterprises to improve customer loyalty, toincrease business growth, to provide for other similar enterprise group to establish acredits withdrawal platform interoperability.
