Study Of The Orbit Observation And Determination Data Service System And Its Pretreatment Method

With the rapid development of satellite navigation technology, the orbitmeasurement network at National Time Service Center produces torrents of data, andsome relevant products have a wide field of applications. These data and products willprovide technical support for scientific research projects. However, by far there is nospecifically data service platform designed for the orbit measurement system, for datasharing, science researches and multi-subjects application, it is important to developthe orbit measurement data service system.Besides, original observation data of the orbit measurement network is generallyinterfered by various factors, and data quality is influenced. Thus, before the use ofobservation data, some pre-treatment analysis should be made on the quality oforiginal data.The accuracy of satellite orbits has the firsthand impact on the serviceperformance of satellite navigation system, Therefore, an exceptionally precise orbitdetermination for satellite is necessary. Because of station keeping, regular orbitalmaneuver for GEO satellite is necessary. Orbital determination method used insatellite maneuver procedure differs that used in satellite non-maneuver procedure.Hence, before exceptionally precise orbit determination, monitoring and analyzingtime of satellite maneuver is required. This can provide basis for the transformation ofsatellite orbit determinationIn this paper, an orbit measurement data service system is designed, the methodof analyzing original data quality is studied, basing on the original data, post-analysison the time of GEO satellite maneuver is made. The content is listed in detail asfollows.(1) Based on LAMP(Linux+Apache+MySQL+PHP) software developmentplatform,we design and implement the data service system of orbit determination.This data service system can timely put the data and products of the orbitdetermination system into storage. Using the website, the data service system canprovide users high precision data and product services by the WEB and FTP, and thishas higher practical application value. (2) Utilizing the original data from orbit measurement station, some analysis ondata quality is made. Firstly, basic method used for data analysis is introduced,secondly, data quality analysis method is utilized to analysis the existence and qualityof observation data. At last, basing on the analysis results, observation data qualityAnalysis report is produced.(3) Analysis method used at the moment of GEO satellite orbit maneuver isstudied. Satellite orbit maneuver and its reason is introduced, monitoring method usedat the moment of satellite maneuver is proposed, and at last, original observation dataof the orbit measurement system is utilized to monitor the maneuver time of a certainGEO satellite.
