Cervical cancer is one of the more frequently occurring common gynecologicaldisease,early cervical cancer screening is a very important job, as early as possiblediagnosis can reduce mortality effectively.The traditional method of artificialobservation and analysis cervical images under the microscope not only timeconsuming,And because the medical staff work fatigue and other factors likely to causesome specimens information missed.In this context,this paper uses software-drivenhardware platforms to capture images of cervical cells automatically based onNanchang cyto-diagnosis Company Limited.And splicing sequences of cervical cellimage into a full panoramic image of cervical cells by image stitching algorithm.Formedical staff to analysis illness more accurately. This paper mainly solves thefollowing issues:(1) This paper uses software-programming drive hardware platforms to captureimages of cervical cells automatically. By setting the motion compensation and mobileaccuracy, we can effectively control the acquisition process. So that the information ofcollected images can includes the entire sample of cervical smears.Under highmagnification lens of microscope,due to the limited size of the field of vision,observercan only capture a partial area of the image. The way of hand-collected the image ofcervical smears there is too much work, and the specimen information is easy to missin collection process.(2) By established a mathematical model of focal plane based on the curve fittingmethod to obtain a clear image of target perspective. Under this method can quicklylocate the clearest vision acquisition focal plane position,get a clear picture of cervicalcells.In addition, as the restricted of the depth of focus of the microscope,the clearfocus position of different vision is also inconsistent under high magnification. Whiletraditional auto-focus technology can get a clear picture of the position, a large numberof images in the continuous acquisition consumes too much time.(3) For the problem of the improper temple selected easy to cause mismatch intemplate matching algorithm. On this basis, an adaptive template extraction methodbeen proposed, improving the accuracy of the template matching, then using the weighted smoothing algorithm to eliminate stitching seams in pixel fusion.(4) Detailed analysis of system requirements, and completion of the functionmodule design based,software Interface Design on this basis, solve problemsencountered in practical engineering. Finally complete the stitching system design andapplied to practical engineering tests, achieved good results.In this paper,the system can complete capture sequence cervical cells imageautomaticly,and mosaics those into a panoramic image.The system has a strong senseof project.It has achieved good results in the actual project.Provide reliable panoramicImage of cervical cells.
