With the progress of science and information technology, manufacturinginformation is going to have development trend of agile and intelligent. Only theprocess of building manufacturing information is accelerated, manufacturingenterprise will survive and develop in current competitive environment as it hasbrought unprecedented opportunities and challenges by information technology.Process resources is a subclass of manufacturing resources, is an important part of theprocess of manufacturing enterprise production activities. Resource management anddata-sharing should be considered by manufacturing enterprise as a huge number ofdata resources are generated with more and more inner system have been built inmodern enterprise. The key point of improving the use efficiency of process resourceis how to implement process resource sharing and data unification in integratedenvironment, as it is the underlying data support for relevant application system, suchas ERP, CAPP, MES. Process resource information organization is the basis of itsapplication and is a necessary condition of its effective management.The Object-Oriented description method of characteristics was used based on theprocess resources feature of integration, distribution, complexity and dynamic, andprocess resources model and its relationship model was built based on characteristics.Process resource sharing and data unification were implemented by integrated sharingtechnology according to database views and intermediate files, and the necessity ofprocess resource sharing platform construction was pointed out.Equipment not only is an important process resource, but also is the guarantee ofmanufacturing enterprise normal production activities. With the development ofscience and technology, Equipment failure mechanism has the feature of complexity,sudden and diversity with more and more equipment are multifunctional, large-scale,and intelligent. Equipment fault prognosis is significant for safeguarding the safeoperation of equipment. Equipment fault prognosis based on temporal associationwere proposed,and the trends in equipment fault were predicted. The results of thisstudy provide support for equipment maintenance and management. Process resource management system in integrated environment was designedand achieved finally. Development environment was analyzed, the overall design waspresented, implementation process was introduced. The problem of managementconfusion and inefficient have been solved, and the effective management of processresource have been achieved. It is meaningful to improve the economic efficiency ofenterprises and accelerate the construction of enterprise information.
