| With the come of the21st century, because of the rapid development of thescience technology and the increasing stronger of the manufacturing industry, thedemands for the ink printer is increasing on processing, manufacturing, packagingindustry production line, and plays an important role in the production of the largequantities and special production. The ink printer exists many shortcomings in thecurrent market: single application, low quality of printing, unsafe, high maintain costand so on, which limit ink printer to apply to the production line to much degree. In theview of the problems above, the passage combines the characteristics betweenembedded technology and FPGA technology. This subject does research and realizes akind of high speed, high-accuracy real time inkjet printing system.Firstly, the passage analyses the current research status and developing tread of theink printer in and abroad, and then does some researches on the parts of the ink printerand sets the goal of this system design. According to the design goal, a overall design ofthe hardware of the high-accuracy real time controlling system of the high speed inkprinter is promoted.Then, according to the overall design, we make and according to the technologyfeatures of AU1250processor and Actel FPGA and do some key designs of theproduction line inkjet printer’s hardware system, including the core pcb design, theupper and lower computer communication design, ink supply system design, inkdroplet charging and crystal vibration rods drive design, the droplet phase automaticdetection circuit design and its implementation, the droplet flight speed detectionresearch and it’s implementation, electric leakage detection of ink droplet deflectedvoltage and so on. and some research and realization of the key software technology ofthe ink printer’s low machine is done, that is the design and realization of the lowmachine FPGA program, including the realization of the communication the high andlow machine, charger wave and the synchronization of the Sine wave.In the end, the major function modules are tested to firm practicability of thishigh speed and high accuracy ink printer real time controlling system, and whether itcan achieve the goal or not. Besides a experiment is done to test the actual l printingeffect combining the production line. |
