Under the current structure of industrial products increasingly complexcircumstances, the computer-aided design manufacturing molded products, the keyaspects of the manufacturing process evaluation is Work-pieces’ manufacture erroranalysis. Industrial CT technology as an advanced NDT technique can be for accuratemeasurements without prejudice to Work-pieces’ internal and external structure,therefore, can be widely applied. This paper developed a2D comparison softwaresystem that is CT_CAD_Match, which was based on ICT images and CAD model. Thesystem not only realizes work-pieces’ manufacture error analysis of the CAD model andthe test model of industrial CT images,but also shows the results of its error analysisusing color cloud chart.In order to achieve industrial CT images and CAD model comparison, firstly, theindustrial CT images need to be transformed vector model and edge contour point cloudmodel. In the vectorization process, this paper presents an accurate vector method basedon spatial moment algorithm of error compensation algorithm. Secondly, choosing toparticipate in the registration of geometric primitives achieves registration through theuse of human-computer interaction and based on the idea of combining the smallestbounding box.The text of the registration process is divided into two areas: theregistration of industrial CT image registration vector model and CAD model, industrialCT image edge contour point cloud model and CAD model. The former registrationconditions is to select paired elements features, the latter registration is required to fitprimitive characteristics on the basis of choosing point cloud to achieve theirregistration.After registration, the normal error witch is between industrial CT vectorizationmodel and CAD models, industrial CT image edge contour point cloud model and CADmodel the former need to be calculated. The former is to find the normal error ofdiscrete48or (8) points’ vector model elements after the realization registration ofindustrial CT image vector model any element with CAD model base pairing of theprimitive features. The latter is to calculate the error wears of point to CAD modeelement using the principle of minimum near. Finally, their error analysis results aredisplayed using color imagery and the red warning display by setting Tolerance Interval.Work-pieces’ manufacture error analysis is evaluated by approximate calculation. Text algorithms and methods implemented in the study have been developed in theCT_CAD_Match software systems. To improve the usability of software, softwaresystem also has to read DXF, PCG file, zoom, pan and the error file output functions.
