With the development of Internet technology, the popularity of smart mobileterminals and the upgrade of wireless network, the mobile social has became a growingsocial revolution. Mobile social network characterized by sociability, mobility andlocality, provides users with more personalized service. Nowadays, the virtualcommunication ecosystem formed of mobile social hasAchieved highly coincidence with reality, which on the one hand, promotesinteraction and communication between users, the realization of the aim ofcommunication, on the other hand, the real information of excessive exposure alsobrought the users privacy concerns. At the same time, the business value of mobilesocial network continuously stimulates enterprises to the mining and make use of users’data information, which result in the severe cases of user privacy disclosure. As theconsciousness of user’s privacy protection becoming stronger, the privacy securityproblems will become one of the important factors influencing the harmoniousdevelopment of mobile social industry.This paper consists of four parts. First of all, it will analyzes the present situationof current mobile social network users’ privacy following the clue of personalizedservice. Secondly, from four aspects: the overall social environment, the users point,service providers and national legal the article will analyzes the reason for the existenceof the risk of users’ privacy. Thirdly, based on the questionnaire investigationmethod,the study gains a preliminary acquaintance of the current mobile social networkusers’ privacy attitudes, privacy cognition and privacy protection act.The Result of thesurvey shows that the users’ Self-perception of familiarity to the privacy policyprovided by the mobile application is lower than the real operation of familiarity. At thesame time,it also shows a current situation that the users of mobile social network is notso clear to distinguish the characters of the overall environment. In terms of privacyattitude, the survey finds that the users of the mobile social network feel anxious widely.however, there is a dichotomy between the attitude and behavior of the users. In theaspect of protection behavior, the survey shows that the users take some “fabricate” and“protect” measure instead of “withhold” behavior. In the meantime, based on caseanalysis, the study selects four different and typical mobile social applications privacypolicy analyzing both content and existing problems. Finally, the paper will put forward the corresponding suggestions from the legal protection, industry standards, technicalprotection three aspects, in order to promote the user privacy protection and the healthydevelopment of the mobile social industry.
