With the wide applications of semiactive laser guidance weapons in the military,the semiactive laser simulation system is more and more important to laser guidanceweapons developing process.It can save massive experimental time and developingfounds. A semiactive laser guidance simulation system was designed based on the DCservo electromotor in this paper.Because the gyroscope in semiactive laser guidance seeker with low accuracy andslow response,and combined with the actual,use a Two-dimensional rotating platformbased on the DC servo electromotor instead of the gyroscope.This will not only improvethe accuracy and responsiveness,but also greatly reduce the cost.The basic theories of semiactive laser guidance and pohtodetection andElectro-optical tracking are analysed in this paper, and completed to design the opticalstructure of launching system and receiving system, to make the laser signal which fromlaunching system can be correct imaged in PIN four-quadrant photo detector. Signalprocessing circuit of receiving system covert current signal from PIN four-quadrantphoto detector to voltage signal. Eventually obtain the voltage signal to reflect the spotcenter offset in x and y directions.The basic theories of Servo Control system are analysed in this paper,andcompleted to design and debug data acquisition of error signal and feedback current andencoder pulse,and also completed to design and debug the hardware circuit of motorcontroller.Designed algorithm based on the theories of electromotor control,andcompleted to programe and simulation and debug of corresponding function.Based on analysis and process the experimental data, obtained the relationshipbetween spot offset and voltage equivalent. Proposed the instrument improvementcomments and methods through analyzing the experiment source of error.Based onwave tracking,obtained the real Performance,and proposed the improvement ofalgorithm. The result of the experiment show the semiactive laser guidance simulationsystem is feasible.
