With the development of computer technology and networking, the network education development is facing the unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In network education, it is important to analysis the learner’s traits and situations. Because learner’s cognition style reflects the learner’s mode of study essentially and affects the organization of network learning activities as well as the material design, the confirmation of the network learner’s cognition style is quite important.At present, in Personalized Network Learning System, surveys of learner’s cognition style type are usually made by cognition style analysis system (CSA), as the survey result relates to the reaction time of users, there will be some dicey elements that influence the test result in practical applications. Other measuring tool also has the similar problem. Because of this, reference and study abroad cognitive style concept, combined with their country’s students’ cognitive style assessment tool is based on individualized learning system, whether it is a practical guide to teaching, or the design and development of personalized learning system, has a very important and unique value and effect.through the analysis of the characteristic of learner’s study behavior in Personalized Network Learning System as well as the Personalized Network Learning System. With the reference of the expert’s and the research results already made, we determined the behavior of study connected with the cognition style. Then through utilization of Data Mining technology, we designed the cognition style measuring tool based on the Personalized Network Learning System. This essay elaborately expatiate the structure and the manufacture process of cognition style evaluate tool, and has proven the performance of tool through the empirical datum.
