With the development of communication technology, mobile phone message hasbecome more and more popular, and people who want to call the police generally callthe110number. However, in many special circumstances, it’s not convenient for thereporter to dial110directly. Under this trend, if the way of calling the police by textmessages is introduced, it will bring great convenience to the reporter, which will bewidely accepted by people.In the thesis, we will combine the needs of the actual business of public securityalarm of Tianjin public security departments to analyze and study the design andimplementation of the platform for public security alarm message.At present, our alarm information network database system in use is stable.Based on this, we will further develop the110message alarm platform. To improvethe efficiency of the police, the platform will achieve the entire workflow for policeservice, including receiving and sending short messages, command and feedback frompolice personnel, and alarm information analysis, processing and statistics.etc.In the systematic design part, it will deeply study and analyze the systemframework, network structure, composition, function modules, data flow and interfaceof the platform for public security alarm message. At the same time, the function andcharacteristics of the system are summarized.Through the practical application recently, the system is stable and secure in use,which can achieve7X24hours of uninterrupted operation, basically achieving theanticipated design goal.
