Nowadays, computer vision technology develops rapidly, as a result it receivesan increasingly wide range of application such as medical science、warfare andindustry.Stereo vision is an important part of computer vison, and stereo matching isan important research emphasis of it.This article puts emphasis on stereo matchingfor realizing3D reconstruction. The achievement will be use for workpiecelocalization and detection real times in high-precision numerically-controlledmachine tool.Fristly, the article research on camera calibration、stereo calibration、imagecorrection、stereo matching. Then a3D structured light reconstruction arithmetic ispresented. This method combine gray code with phase-shifting, it divides themeasured space into64sub-spaces with6piece of Gray code image frist, andphase-shifting image will be use for assisting on stereo matching. After stereo isrealized, we get the points’3-dimention coordinate by using trigonometry.Thismethod not only increases the speed of restruction but also decrease error rate.Then, the article research on the multi-view3D automatic registration, aautomatic registration arithmetic based on the character of spatial points is proposed,using non-coding points.This method do the Preprocessing frist, then it detection theedge and center of the ellipse for getting the coordinate of the marked points.Next,we match the marked points of the different region based on the character of spatialpoints.After that, the coordinate transform matrix R and T will be get by using unitquaternions.Lastly, the article research on the optimization of scattered points.Researchingon transforming the coordinate of the points from3D to2D will be do first for thepurpose of for deleting useless points. To delete noise points and reduce the numberof points, a algorithm of quickly searching K-neighbor points is presented. At last,the simplified points was triangulated, the triangulation make the scattered points toa net that consist of some triangle.On the platform of Visual C++6.0, together with software package likeOpenCV and OpenGL, the software is programmed, which realize automatic and fast registration of multi-view3D reconstruction, meeting the requirement of theapplication.
