Currently,with the wide application of computers in the industrial field,industrialclass of software applications has also been a higher degree of attention,in thedetection of precision rotary components,software system has been lack itsdetection.The thesis discussed how to develop a system called the design andimplement of concentricity detection system for precision rotary components,promisethe engine promoter and the stator assembly precision and assembly efficiency,improvethe power of the engine performance and the use of time,also shorten the developmentand production cycle of the engine.This topic is from the actual needs of the engineinstitute,it can greatly reduce the time if engine installation and improve workefficiency by using this system.In the completion of this subject,the author analyzed the concentricity algorithmcharacteristics and the ways of working,in this paper,the author take least squaresmethod as a method of assessing concentricity.Besides implement concentricityalgorithm on the computer.Moreover,the author analyzed the exactness,timeliness andaccuracy of the system.Besides,the thesis discussed the way of the sensor data acquisition firstly,analyzed the data collection of the inductive sensor,eddy sensor vertical grating andcircular grating.Through USB protocol achieve the sensor drive and data transferbetween the hardware and software.Finally,the author analyzed the filtering algorithm characteristics and the ways ofworking and implement digital filtering algorithm on the computer.Then the systemmade the data collected do some effective treatment by filtering algorithm.In thistopic,Gaussian filtering algorithm processing of sampled data,removinghigh-frequency signal to retain low-frequency signal.Besides,the system also collecteddata in tabular and graphical form to the users for the visual reality.The system make3D model for measured components.
