Time-delay is a phenomenon in many practical realities and engineering systems. The existence of delay is the main result that makes the systems unstable and bad systems performance. While, time delay makes synthesis and system analysis becoming more and more complicated. So, the stability of system time-delay has been widely investigated by researchers and scholars in recent years. In recent years, considerable attention has been focused on the stability analysis of various neutral delay systems. This paper studies of neutral systems with time-varying delay. Taking on the linear matrix inequalities (LMI) method, and using Lyapunov second method, we can consider the method of the stability analysis for neutral systems with time-vary delay and the stability analysis for interval time varying-delay of neutral systems with pertubations, and control design for robust H-Infinite filtering of neutral systems with mixed time-varying delays. The first chapter of our paper gives a introduction for the importance and the current scholar results with time-varying delay of the neutral systems. In the second chapter, the theory and basic concepts introduced in this paper. In the third chapter, the answer for the stability analysis of neutral systems with time-vary delay is researched. By using a newly Lyapunov-Krasovskii function that splits the whole delay interval into many subintervals, new stability criteria makes for linear matrix inequalities (LMI). In the forth chapter, the stability analysis for interval time varying-delay of neutral systems with pertubations is investigated. By using Newton-Leibnitz formulation, the result for neutral systems asymptotically stable is derived. In the fifth chapter, we consider the problem of robust H-Infinite filter for neutral systems with time-vary delays. With less conservativeness result considered on a newly triple integral inequality, a novel sufficient condition on stability of systems is got. In the view of the result above, the H-Infinite filter is studied with linear matrix inequalities (LMIS). Lastly, numerical examples are illustrate in every chapter for indicate that theresults introduced in this paper are effective and less conservative for future is given.
