With the rapid development of computer and Internet technology, it provide moreconvenient for the people who want to get the digital information. So it is also convenient todissemination of information. Though the development can benefit to us, it also can bringsome harm. Such as: steal the information, copy the information, reproduce the informationetc. therefore, these illegal behaviors make the copyright of information are more serious.People discover the encryption technology in order to solve these problems. But theencryption technology has it own defect, so we need a new technology to protect theinformation copyright. The appearance of digital watermarking technology can solve theseproblems and protect the information copyright. At present, the image digital watermarkingtechnology is more and more perfect, at the same time, the video is more and more prevalentin network. So the researchers turn to the digital video watermarking. Because somecharacters of digital video watermarking inherit from the image digital watermarking.The thesis main research object is video, it introduce the basic principle of video digitalwatermarking and character, attacks and so on; the next, it describe the Chaotic Cryptographyand Genetic Algorithm ; meanwhile, we put forward a technology with which combine theChaotic Cryptography and Genetic Algorithm technology in the DCT domain. First , itanalyze the embedding and extraction method .it use the two dimensional Logistic chaoticcryptography to deal with the watermarking in order to improve the safety; secondly, it usethe Genetic Algorithm technology to choose the embedding strength in order to improve therobustness ,moreover, it keep the image quality. So we can get some result about theexperiment. The experiment results suggest that the digital video watermarking suffer someattacks, such as noise attack, frame removed, compression attack, it still can extraction andidentify it. It suggested that it have some advantages about concealment and robustness.
