The recoverability is needed, so howan equipment dealing with all these network damnifications is becoming an importantreference point in the communications-equipment estimation.The thesis set up a communications-equipment test system in the laboratory,with which connect the network damnifications simulation device into it. The operatorcan set up the device by making configuration table through software to put thedamnification which wanted into communications-equipment test system. Aftermany times tests, the results showed that the network damnifications simulationdevice can simulate the complicated environment in the real network and can exactlyrepeat it. It can make the communications equipment test convenient and reliable.The thesis designed a network damnifications simulation device after analyzingdifferent kind of network damnifications. Show the equipment by hardware andsoftware. Give the details and working process of every module in the system. Finally,the thesis gives two tests to prove that, the device can simulate the networkdamnifications exactly repeate it as well. All these showed that, the design wassuccessful; it can provide controllable damnifications the communications-equipmenttest system need.
