Research On Real-Time Services Modeling And Processing Of TD-LTE System

Nowadays, the integration of Internet and wireless communication is expected to provide users with various services according to users’ different demands. LTE provides downlink peak rates of at least 100 Mbps with bandwidth 20MHz, which enhanced multimedia services. Given that support of multimedia services, how to allocate different resources is becoming a hot research area. And the resaerch on services modeling and processing is essential to LTE too.This dissertation focuses on the implementation of services sub-module, and the implementation of the interaction of services sub-module with other sub-modules in TD-LTE system level simulator.The services modeling and services processing are the two key aspects of the dissertation. Services modeling generate data according to different service model, and we provide the theoretical analysis and the simulation results of different services to ensure its reliability. Services processing handles the data from application layer, we simplify the processing of transportation layer and network layer. This system-level simulation platform mainly implements the processing of Layer 2 of LTE, such as PDCP, RLC, MAC. We achieve the function such as ROHC, handover, segmentation, concatenation, re-transmission etc, and achieve the partial function of scheduling.
