Along with the exaltation of people’s living standard, people’s need to the milk product is bigger and bigger, as to it’s the request of quality is as well higher and higher. People have a growing respect forth component content of nutrients in dairy products and that is an important index sign that measures milk and milk product quality. Usually, the method of milk composition detection includes chemical analysis, near-infrared spectroscopy and mid-infrared spectrometry, etc. In recent years, near-infrared spectroscopy technology and mid-infrared spectrometry technology in the field of milk component detection has made great progress. However, these methods all widespread exist some problems need to be solved, that is the detection precision of milk composition analyzer that developed by the use of near-infrared spectroscopy technology and mid-infrared spectrometry technology is generally not high. As a result, based on detect the principle of milk components by light scattering, and in-depth analysis of milk composition of material physical and chemical properties, carried out to improve the accuracy of milk composition simulation experiment. Study about the wavelength, scattering angle and temperature that effect scattering light intensity. Through simulation experiments to determine the light source wavelength, scattering angle, temperature that provides a theoretical support and guidance for increasing the detection accuracy.In this paper, based on full study the relevant components of the milk, application demonstrated the feasibility of detection of milk constituents by Mie scattering, and improve the algorithm of Mie scattering theory. For all the development and production of milk composition analyzer that use of laser technology in the domestic and foreign with common characteristics, establishing the entire block diagram of simulation experiment. Gradual establishment the simulation model of light source, samples to be seized and photoelectric receiver by use of the optical simulation software source. Then with the Matlab software, to conduct an overall inspection simulation milk ingredients.In this paper, under the premise of a number of theoretical assumptions for the samples of milk, obtain the relevant experimental data by the simulation results. Programming dealing with polynomial regression analysis by use of the Matlab software set up the three factors model that the relationship between scattering angle-light intensity, wavelength - light intensity and temperature - light intensity. Research and analysis the scattering angle, the light source wavelength and the ambient temperature factors that effect the accuracy of detection. Finalization of the best scattering angle, light source wavelength, the ambient temperature and other test parameters that improve measurement accuracy of detection.
