| The rule of law is a basic national policy of our country and to build socialism country under the rule of law is the inevitable requirement of social democracy.Since the reform and opening up, the construction of the rule of law in our country has made great progress. In particular, the Fourth Plenary Session Of the Eighteenth Meeting, the party and the government has clearly pushed the construction of country under the rule of law on the agenda, which in our socialist country under the rule of law construction in the journey has landmark significance. Consciousness of rule of law is the spiritual pillar of the state of the rule of law, which is directly related to the development of the rule of law in a country,therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the consciousness of the rule of law. College students as a special group, is a new force of the construction of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. Their consciousness of rule of law is not only on the strength of the relationship between the health and development of their personal itself, but also the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law and the reality of socialist modernization.However, in recent years, college students’ crime rates continue to climb, awareness of the rule of law status is not optimistic, in this era of the situation, to study on the current situation of college students’ consciousness of rule of law and to put forward the operable measures appears imminent.This paper mainly explores the reason analysis of current situation of College Students’ awareness of the rule of law and its path analysis. Through a questionnaire survey on the rule of law consciousness of college students in Xiamen area, summarizes the current situation of College Students’ awareness of the rule of law, and analyzes the reasons from the historical, social, family, school and individual these five aspects, finally targeted put forward the countermeasures of strengthening contemporary university student’s consciousness of rule of law respectively from to create a good social environment, create a strong atmosphere of the campus of the rule of law and improve the family of the rule of law education, exert students’ subjective initiative of these four aspects to carry out the corresponding countermeasures, trying to provide meaningful suggestions for improving contemporary college students’ awareness of the rule of law, thus contributing to building a socialist country ruled by law, and the great Chinese dream smoothly. |
