This stage is the key period for China to achieve a comprehensive well-off society,but also to maintain social stability in ethnic minority areas,to achieve an important strategic period of the common prosperity of all nationalities.The core area of Xinjiang is located in the "Belt and Road" grand strategy,is an important part of the overall development of our country, need batch after bath of outstanding minority talents in the development process, they shoulder the historical mission of maintaining social stability and long-term stability Xinjiang.The sense of responsibility is the main body behavior stimulate intrinsic cognitive and tendency and consciously take to the country, society, family,personal responsibility consciously,including not only cognitive effective,also include behavioral intention;responsibility consciousness is moral quality of minority students in its development,It’s is an important content in ideological and political education is the driving force of economic development and social stability of Xinjiang, is directly related to between the individual and the state,individual and society, the individual and the family interests.By combing and summarize domestic and foreign scholars’ research results about the sense of the educational responsibility, to the Marxist theory as a guide, to clarify the meaning of related concepts, clear the importance of sense of responsibility education.To the National Southwest Associate University, West Point Military Academy and the Nanyang Technological University into the experience of typical, proposes the solution countermeasure of Higher Vocational Colleges in Xinjiang Minority Students’ sense of responsibility education to provide the reference for. Then, combining the reality of Xinjiang,grasp of vocational college students of ethnic minority status of a sense of responsibility. On this basis, to schools, businesses, families,Society and the students themselves as the focal point,the problems existing in the reflection of Higher Vocational Colleges in Xinjiang Minority Students’ sense of responsibility. Finally, in reference to the successful experience on the basis proposed and to improve the school, enterprise, family,society, their own "five-in-one" mode of education, the socialist core value concept requirements of individual citizens into the practice of the sense of responsibility,so as to conscious of their responsibility to provide an effective way to solve.Enhance the Vocational College Minority students sense of responsibility education is to strengthen morality education as a fundamental, service to others for the purpose of orientation of promoting social harmony, insist on unity of knowledge,training minority students in higher vocational colleges have complete responsibility for quality, guide the moment they practice "patriotism, dedication, honest and friendly" value criterion, and truly become the responsibility of qualified builders and successors of socialism.
