In recent years, the development of higher education in Xinjiang’s strategic position in the promotion, also joined the construction of the "double- class" University team. "Two class" the essence is to improve the quality of higher education, so as to enhance the international competitiveness of our country, and is determined to enhance the quality of higher education in the university classroom, speech act is the main teaching behavior in classroom teaching, the approach and the efficiency of the level directly affect the classroom teaching quality.We are in urgent need of a to scientific investigation, a tool for evaluating the quality of classroom teaching, the Flanders interaction analysis system is a way to grab the essence of classroom teaching behavior in classroom analysis technique.It mainly through the recording and analysis of classroom teacher-student interaction process and the impact of language, for people to explore the law of classroom teaching to provide an effective way.The first part. Introduction: the combination of our country actively to promote the research background of interactive classroom teaching mode, to the domestic and foreign existing research results, first introduced teacher-student conversational interaction related concepts, secondly the research using the interaction hypothesis, dialogue teaching theory as an explanation.In the second part, the study design: This study selected five universities in Xinjiang as the research object, each university balanced selection of four classes, the classroom observation method to analyze teachers’ and students’ classroom participation behavior, while using has better diagnosis of Flanders interaction analysis system to do quantitative analysis; side is also an objective record of observed phenomena, interviews and explain the meaning.The third part: first, research results and analysis of statistical data on the case and all samples, detailed data and specific lesson based on the analysis, four dimensions analysis from Flanders interaction on the present situation of Xinjiang university teacher-student interaction in the classroom: the emotional atmosphere between teachers and students, the atmosphere is harmonious; in the classroom structure, teachers’ questioning strategies is not enough, "Han Shi people" classroom speech less, classroom silence occurs; in classroom control, although teachers still in direct speech control class, but also moderate use of indirect speech; in the style of teaching, teachers of students is still showing a positive speech.The fourth part, the countermeasure and the suggestion: the author according to the results of his study proposed first from improve the value of the speech interaction in classroom teaching of makes teachers attach importance to "dialogue teaching", actively construct "spirit of dialogue", then from the verbal interaction, the traditional concept of the state and the change of teachers in the past, only the idea of get updated in order to better using a variety of forms, promote the interactive ability of teachers, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the quality of higher education.
