The principle of Redox reaction is one of the core concepts in middle school chemistry. It is a main line of the whole middle school chemical knowledge system,and it is also the key and difficult point in the middle school chemistry teaching. The systematic study on the knowledge of the redox reaction in middle school chemistry is helpful for teachers to construct knowledge network, improve the teaching quality and improve students’ scientific literacy.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is introduction. In CNKI finding out about the redox reaction of literature, reading, analysis of literature a comprehensive understanding of the redox status and trend of research, from find the starting point of this study and build the research framework of this thesis. In the literature reading and teaching research found there are two problems in middle school chemistry teaching: teachers of oxidation reduction reaction of teaching is a step in place; teachers attach too much importance to the oxidation reaction of knowledge reduction, ignoring the educational value of the knowledge.The second part is the definition of the concept and theoretical basis. Referring to the literature, this paper makes a scientific and accurate definition of the relevant concepts involved in this study. This paper is based on the theory of constructive theory theory and cognitive development theory.The third part is the research process, including theory research and practice research.Theoretical research: from the research needs, according to the new textbooks will be in middle school chemistry oxidation reduction reaction knowledge learning is divided into five phases: Phase I: from a macro point of view, learning oxidation reaction and reduction reaction concept. Phase II: learning from the micro perspective of redox reaction essence. Phase III: redox reaction principle guiding element compounds knowledge learning. Phase IV: comprehensive application of redox reaction principle. Phase V: oxidation and reduction reactions in organic chemistry.From teaching needs, the educational value of mining the redox reaction by text in the textbook, analysis of teaching materials in the exercises, the clear, different stages of the redox reaction teaching content breadth and depth requirements.Practice research: in order to understand the nature of the redox reaction essenceof redox reaction.
