With the development and growth of private universities, private colleges and universities in the development of education in China’s role has been more significant importance. Full-time teachers is the key competitive advantage of private colleges and universities, private colleges and universities is to achieve sustainable development of core strength, how to effectively motivate Private University full-time teachers has become an important and difficult issue of Current Private Colleges and Universities Management faces.Based on the analysis of existing research results carding based on the use of the content type and process type incentive theory, the use of questionnaires and interviews people approach to private colleges and universities M Institute for the study of M College full-time teacher incentive status quo analysis, the current M College full-time teacher incentive policy problems and their causes, and combined with M College and practical development strategy, targeted optimization suggestions put forward M College full-time teachers incentives in an attempt to Chinese universities offer full-time private teachers incentive theoretical reference practice and learn.Through the depth of analysis, the main problem of the presence of M faculty incentives include faculty structure is irrational, teacher stability needs to be further improved, teachers overall income is not high, the lack of a sense of belonging and responsibility of teachers, teachers difficult job promotion, research and other incentive enough. On the basis of analyzing the principle of the particularity of Teachers in Private Colleges motivation and incentive policy to be followed on the proposed optimizationM College full-time teacher incentive policy possibility, combined with M College and practical development strategy itself three angles from outside government, schools and teachers inside make comments and suggestions to optimize M faculty incentive policy. Actively seek the support of government policy resources aspects: First, for financial subsidies, to enhance teachers’ welfare; the second is for incentives to increase the introduction of talent; third is to set up a special fund to support research development. Further optimization of internal incentive mechanisms: First, correct school of thought, to enhance awareness of incentives; second is to improve investment incentives, promoting substances meet; Third, standardize internal management, improve teachers’ sense of belonging; Fourth, to enhance the fine management, strengthen the spirit of motivation; Fifth increase research investment, to encourage teachers to scientific research; Sixth, innovation incentives, equity incentives to explore. Strengthen teachers’ self-motivation aspects: First, the concept of actively integrate into the private education; second is to strengthen in learning, to enhance the professional quality level; third is to strengthen self-management, self-improvement motivation.
