Innovative Research Team in Universities is an important task of the implementation of "innovative country" development strategy, NSFC, the Ministry of Education, National Defense and other departments have launched innovative team building programs, all levels of government, universities, research institutions at different levels, different ranges established innovation team. Changes in the macroeconomic environment, scientific research, the status of universities in the national innovation system is increasingly important, the university to the fierce competition in the development, we must pay attention to the efficiency of the effect of research. Therefore, the study of innovation team will become particularly useful and meaningful. University research team members high level of demand, compared with employees exhibit more complex, team-based cooperation under the background of the effectiveness is difficult to measure and improve the effectiveness of the research team to ensure high quality research team outputs and achieve long-term development of the research is particularly important.Firstly, the research team of the University of Psychological Contract Types team effectiveness literature research, the current research in related fields were reviewed, noting the importance of the effectiveness of the Psychological Contract from the Angle of the team, but also for members of the psychological contract and structural dimensions of team effectiveness were defined based on the needs of these two variables studied, proposed technical route and research hypothesis of this paper. Secondly, at home and abroad there are more mature scale for university research teams appropriate amendments, designed a high-quality questionnaire, and select a representative of the research team distributed questionnaires to obtain first-hand data. Again, using SPSS22.0 statistical software for psychological contract and the relationship between the members of Team Effectiveness correlation and regression analysis, and the role of the intermediary member satisfaction for inspection, so that the relevant assumptions in this paper is verified. Finally, the conclusion of this study and provide comments for the university research team management.In this study, the research team members come to the University Psychological Contract(transactional, relational and team member type) between team effectiveness(team performance, team member satisfaction and vitality) and showed a significant positive correlation between the result obtained by regression analysis intermediation and independent variables in the regression equation, and the test member satisfaction among members of the psychological contract with the team performance and vitality of the team, the last comment on the university research team managed according to the study conclusions. Therefore the validity of the research team members through the development and improvement of the psychological contract, and create a positive and friendly atmosphere in the team to improve.
