Students of physical health level has become the state, society, schools and families concerned with the key content, students are in the rapid growth and development stages, healthy body for their future life and work is very important, in recent years the physical health condition of students in China is not optimistic, with the implementation of "National students’ Physique Health Standard", Chengdu City to strengthen the monitoring of adolescent students’ physical. In this paper, through the collection of physical health test of Chengdu City, the relevant data, mathematical analysis. In order to understand the status and characteristics of the physical health of pupils in Chengdu, the main factors affecting the health of pupils in Chengdu are analyzed. In order to improve the quality of physical education and health of pupils in Chengdu, and put forward some pertinent and reasonable suggestions, to provide scientific theoretical basis for the education department to make decisions.In this paper, the methods of literature, test method, mathematical statistics method, according to the Ministry of education sent straight body is designed to measure group sampling tests of 15 primary schools in Chengdu City of 1050 pupils as the research object, the Chengdu City pupils physical health overall compliance rate, body shape, physical function, physical quality index study the physical status and influence factors of students’ physical health. The results showed that:1 Chengdu primary school students overall physical health compliance rate is mainly distributed in the pass and good two grades, but did not reach the national standard. The nutritional status of primary school students in Chengdu is good, the vital capacity of the standard rate distribution in the pass, good and excellent level, at a high level. All grades students have very significant difference.2 Chengdu primary school students speed, explosive force quality, flexibility, endurance compliance rate were mainly distributed in the pass, good and excellent grade, higher overall level; but a grade speed and stamina failed rate in more than 10%, still need to improve.3 Chengdu primary school sports mainly exist in the school leaders of sports insufficient attention, lack of sports venues per capita area, lack of sports equipment, sports funds invest less, PE teachers lack, not actively carry out extra-curricular sports activities and sports such as a single problem. In addition to the school physical education factors, family factors, students’ own factors and exam oriented education system also affect the healthy development of students’ physical health.According to the comprehensive analysis of the results of influence of Chengdu City students physical health factors in Chengdu City Eco geographical environment, folk eating habits, students their own interests and exercise consciousness and motivation, family, school and society. Is therefore recommended that the school uniform self testing to ensure test data real, effective, actively complete data reported to work, strict implementation of the "standards"; school increase the input of funds, improve the venues, equipment condition, prevention the occurrence of accidents. Strengthen the organization and management, the real establishment of family, school, social trinity of national fitness system; physical education teachers should change the teaching idea, make every lesson must have the effect; parents guide and drive the children to take the initiative to carry out physical exercise, strengthen the dietary management of schools and parents propaganda, to develop healthy eating habits. The spare time effectively between the school properties of grade or class collective sports, inspire students to participate in sports activities of the initiative and enthusiasm.
