Comparison Of The Setting Of Sport Management Curriculum In University System Between China And The United States

March 28, 2015, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the "build the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road vision and action indicate that "Cultivate the new talents who meet the strategic needs". Therefore, we want to train people on the social needs coincide.With the reform and development of China’s sports undertakings, sport has occupied an important position in people’s lives, work, study and etc. Cultivate the social needs sports talent is worth asking questions. After in October, 2014, the State Council issued the file "Opinions on Accelerating the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption", Chinese sports industry quickly became popular in the country and the sports industry can be sustainable development which because of talent development. In such a historical opportunity for development, and personnel training has become an important goal of the sports industry. To be able to train more to adapt to the social needs of diverse compound talents, major of sports management doubt for the opening of the social needs of the sports industry has injected fresh strength. Sports Management has been adhering to the "needs of society as a precursor to the ability as a main line to strengthen the team building, broaden the professional caliber and improve schooling system". Sport Management guided constantly out of a suitable historical development of roads in the exploration and practice. However, the abroad of construction of sport management professional experience and professional training on the analysis in favor of social demand for sports management professionals can help Chinese Sport Management to develop and also can trigger sound professional sports management and sports management professional talent cultivation profound thought and reflection.This thesis selected a total of 12 Chinese and American universities to be research subjects.And this thesis will cultivate comparative analysis of objectives, course content, level and structur e, the proportion of credits, and many other aspects. After those, author will summarize the shortc omings of Chinese Sport Management Curriculum and reference the US advantages in sport mana gement curriculum. Finally, author will Combine with the actual needs of the development of Chi nese sports management major to provide constructive comments. The purpose is that promote th e development of Chinese sports undertakings and provide suggestion of supply of Chinese sport s talents.According to the idea of the study, the text includes six parts. The first part of the topic is proposed based on the background of this study, the significance of this study, literature review,research ideas and theoretical basis are discussed. The second part are study and research methods of description in detail. The third part are the results and analysis of this study which from thecurrent development of Sino-US universities sports management major and multifaceted comparative analysis, and then made our presence in the professional curriculum issues. The fourth part are the conclusion and recommendations, which based on the foregoing analysis of sport management curriculum summarized overview and constructive comments.
