In recent years, the ideological and political theory teaching quality of higher education institutions drawn wide attention, young college teachers’ ideological and political ideology has become the main force to carry out safety and socialist core values education colleges and universities, are responsible for the University Ideological and Political Theory Course implement the important objectives of the mission, young college teachers’ ideological and political professional quality of ideological and political theory has a profound impact on the quality of teaching. In this study, investigation of young university teachers of ideological and political conditions in Xinjiang knowledge as research perspective, on the one hand combined with the ideological and political theory course of discipline particularity and social functions, exploratory young college teachers should have the ideological and political quality of teaching; on the other hand knowledge of teachers by the most able to reflect teachers ’professional knowledge of the conditions of thorough investigation and study, from the perspective of university teachers’ professional development, explore mastery Youth Ideological and political theory teachers conditional knowledge of its teachers influence in Higher Education Teaching.In this study, Xinjiang Normal Youth Ideological and Political Theory Teachers for the survey, through questionnaires and interviews to learn about youth ideological and political conditions for teachers to grasp the extent of knowledge, as well as relevant way they get conditional knowledge. For the different factors that affect teachers’ conditions of knowledge mastery of difference test were carried out. Survey results show that Young College Teachers ’Ideological Xinjiang conditional knowledge level is not high, normal university graduation young teachers no significant advantage in conditional knowledge level, part-time College Teachers’ Ideological young conditional knowledge mastered better than full-time teachers, university teachers lack training before the young teachers of ideological and political conditions of knowledge training, young teachers are teachers of ideological and political conditions of knowledge channels relatively simple.According to the quantitative analysis of survey data, combined with the findings of in-depth interviews with teachers exchanges, this study proposes three levels of conditions for the development of young college teachers’ knowledge strategy. Support from the three dimensions of conditional knowledge acquired, namely education authorities, teachers’ colleges and teachers I propose to enhance the knowledge of policy conditions. First, policy support level, we propose to increase the Young Teachers’ Training University Political Thought and policy support Secondly, effective strategies to promote the development of conditional knowledge of teachers, to strengthen the system to protect, regulate the conditions of teachers ideological and political knowledge standards College; secondly, to construct before serving colleges and universities in the construction and post-training in the full knowledge of the conditions of the theoretical system, broaden the diversification of conditional knowledge learning channels and expand learning resources; and finally, young college teachers should continue to strengthen ideological and political education of their own reflective consciousness, conditions for the development of knowledge in teaching and research, the promotion of research and discussion among teachers teaching exchange to continue to improve the conditions of access to knowledge.
