Developmental evaluation is to focus on students’ all-round development, not only focus on students’ knowledge and skills acquisition, pay more attention to the cultivation of the students’ sense of emotional attitude values, as well as the students’ learning process and methods. The new curriculum reform is the inevitable requirement of development of modern society for talents, it should focus on children itself a sense of self-respect, self-confidence, health, happiness, growth, focus on more long-term development. So the developmental evaluation in the teaching application will become one of the important factors affecting the development of students, also in moral character course content and curriculum goal realization has the vital significance.As seen in the teaching evaluation is even easy to overlook the weak link in the implementation of all schools is not optimistic, teachers and evaluate the state of the author’s teaching practice Urumqi edge of a middle school in the initial stages of importance, this paper based on a high school in Urumqi do case studies lay the foundation for a future career as a teacher how to do an educator.
