With the development of The Times and the implementation of the curriculum reform, the social education career to the attention of more and more high, the development of education depends on schools, the school’s development cannot leave the teachers, teachers depends on the expert teachers have more. Here is mainly through the expert teachers of mathematics, to experience mathematics teachers and novice teachers of mathematics class analysis in the teaching plan, class teaching, after-school reflection three link get expert mathematics teachers’ teaching quality, provides Suggestions for development of the novice teachers of mathematics, novice teachers can quickly grow into mathematics expert mathematics teachers, strengthen expert mathematics teachers’ teaching team.Here, which make use of classroom observation, case comparative research method, questionnaire survey and literature methods such as comparative analysis. Through comparative study, expert mathematics teachers put forward here in reflection before plan, classroom teaching, after class three links were superior to the expert mathematics teachers, more specifically:(1) expert mathematics teachers before class plan link teaching qualities: mathematics specialized knowledge, mathematics knowledge to achieve mastery through a comprehensive, flexible teaching, advocating more than one solution, pay attention to the formation of students’ mathematics core literacy;(2) expert mathematics teachers in the classroom teaching of teaching qualities: speak well, knowledge into a system, broad scope, need not spend a long time can the knowledge that you have a lot of kung fu penetration in the teaching, think good students are the main body of the classroom, when the audience, for students to think more time, church student, inspire students’ thinking;(3) expert mathematics teachers after class reflection of teaching qualities: love of teaching, the education teaching has certain views and research, and students symbiosis(not only students need the teacher, the teacher also needs a student), of teaching burnout.In addition, here also for the growth of the novice teachers of mathematics offers five feasibility Suggestions:(1) play a role of expert mathematics teachers’ exemplary role and mentoring;(2) the novice mathematics teachers should study calendar year college entrance examination mathematics questions and take an active part in the competition guidance;(3) the reasonable arrangement of novice teachers of mathematics education and training;(4) the novice mathematics teachers should strengthen the learning of mathematics professional knowledge;(5) encourage novice mathematics teachers in education for teaching and scientific research.
